Q: How long will my wig take to be completed?

A: Ready to ship wigs will ship within 2-3 days. Ready to wear wigs takes 15-21 business days for processing time before shipping. Uncustomized wigs take 7-10 business days.

Q: How long is shipping?

A: We ship using USPS Priority or UPS which takes 2-3 business days. (Shipping time does not include processing time.)

Q: Do we carry different wig sizes?

A: We offer XS - XL wig caps. XS (20"-20.5"), Small (21"-21.5"), Medium (22"-22.5"), Large (23'-23.5"), XL (24")

How long does it take for bundles & lace to process?

A: Bundles & lace take 5-7 business day to process before shipping out.

Q: Are all wigs glueless?

A: Only closure wigs are glueless. NOT frontal wigs.

Do all wigs come customized?

Only Ready to wear and ready to ship wigs come fully customized.

Q: What does fully customized wigs mean?

A: Customized wigs are units that have been washed, knots bleached, plucked & styled.

Shipping Policy

You must complete a Purchase Authorization Form before your order is completed. If not completed within 24 hours your order will be canceled.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via Email to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.

After your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office or call UPS customer service.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped out to the wrong address. If your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again. 

You must sign for your package at drop off. If you do not your package may be held. If it is please contact your shipping carrier.
